Berger blanc is not playing its part adequately, it is a for profit company which means there is no reason whatsoever for it to be awarded contracts if the services rendered are sub-par. They do not have proper equipment and do not do what they are supposed to; save animals. Instead they effectively steal and sell lost pets with resale value and kill those with no resale value. This is disgraceful Montreal, take the ethical step and give the contract to an organization that actually cares and is actually willing to do some actual work!
