Stop the Killing of Street Dogs in Ukraine

Good news! On November 18, 2011, Ukraine's Environment Ministry said it had urged the country's mayors to stop killing dogs and build animal shelters instead. We are grateful to all of our animal advocates for taking action to help achieve this happy outcome!
