La Loi votée fin 2010 en France n'est pas contraire à la convention européenne des droits de l'Homme.

The Law passed in late 2010 in France is not contrary to the European Convention on Human Rights.

La loi interdisant le voile islamique intégral en France n'est pas contraire aux droits de l'Homme,a tranché mardi la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme (CEDH) en rejetant la requête d'une adepte de la burqa et du niqab.

Dans un arrêt définitif, la Cour a souligné que "la préservation des conditions du 'vivre ensemble' était un objectif légitimee" des autorités françaises, qui disposent à cet égard d'une "ample marge d'appréciation", et que par conséquent la loi votée fin 2010 en France n'était pas contraire à la convention européenne des droits de l'Homme. 

In a final judgment, the Court emphasized that "the preservation of the conditions of 'living together' was a legitimate objective" of the French authorities, which have in this respect a "wide margin of appreciation" and that therefore the law passed in late 2010 France was not contrary to the European Convention on Human rights.
